Visitors

The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and has no forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attack. It keeps this data only briefly, under its own privacy policy.

If you email us

We use your name, email address and anything you send us only to deal with your request, for example claiming, correcting or removing a listing, or reporting a problem. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We keep these emails for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, then delete them. Email to our address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing.

Listed firms

Listings contain business details published by each firm on its own website or in public records such as Companies House: business name, phone number, website, areas covered, services and stated qualifications. Some sole traders trade under their own name. We publish these details under legitimate interests, so that people can find local tree surgeons. Any firm can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing listings@247treesurgeons.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
